Q; is this a joke? a bit? are you just really dedicated?

A: nope. i'm a genuine freak for steven vincent buscemi and don't you ever forget it.

Q: what even is it that makes you attracted to him?

A: good lord where do i start. the bags under his eyes the size of Samsonite two-suiters. the fact that he's so pale he looks borderline cadaverous/anemic/generally unwell in some photos. the squeaky, adenoidal voice. the lanky, spiderlike frame in addition to him being on the shorter side (5'8, god bless it. i love short men). i could wax poetic about his looks for hours, but i think it comes down to the boyish, awkwardly charming nature of his strangeness. it seems like too much of a coincidence that all of his features seem to align with my preconceived, if odd, notions of what makes a guy attractive.

Q: what started all this?

A: i've been into weird-looking little guys for as long as i can remember (ex: when seven-year-old me proudly stated, and i quote: "he's got a spunky personality, a missing tooth, and he drives a bus. what's not to love?" as for what character i was even talking about, i have no idea but it proves i was a freak since birth). but as for when exactly the buscemi craze began, it literally happened on 9/11/24. never fucking forget. i watched reservoir dogs and went straight to the mr. pink/reader tag on ao3. in fact he was probably my first actual crush in like, four years. amazing what love can do for a person.
